You can move a robot
e.g. by pushing a button in one or different positions to guarantee a fast and
save maintenance.
Gräff Robotics also offers inspectionprograms for all tools of a machine
wether the tool is directly controlled by the robot or stationary. By using these
programs you can check e.g. if the moderation of a weldinggun is still okay. But
more important you can easily and reliable find dimesisions mistakes in different
parts of the machine.
Reliable diagnosticprograms are most important to reduce standstill of a machine
to a minimum. Gräff Robotics modifies your existing programs, so that you
can read the error on the display. For example:"Wait for parts controll 4
at grabber 2 - strengthening of the lockplate doesn't exist". "Take
out for a drive of station 50.3 not possible" - " Grabber 16.4 not closed"
or "Wait for lift. Gun 2 not closed ".
