can "hack" movement-points into a robot. But it is harder to control
the "art" of the movementprogramming. A reasonable preparation will
help you to avoid unnecessary movements and extensive and supplementary improvements.
But most things just can be seen, when the plant
is operating, therefor we offer to optimate your plant. This service consists
of two aspects:
- Optimation of cycling time: This obtains the
optimation of movement, the termination and the layout of a plant. Here you
see the difference between a occasion programmer or a experienced professional.
- Optimation of the movement: Sometimes a machine shows a better cycling
time than necessary (what uses a cycling time of 10 seconds when only all
17 seconds a part is present). In this case a optimation of movement is necessary.
During the robot doesn´t work, it can move slowly and sensitive. This
is useful to take care of the mechanics (especialy the gearbox).
A compound of both methodes is necessary to build up a useful plant. We have often
